Jillian Clare Kohler is an Associate Professor at the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy. Her research and teaching are focused on global pharmaceutical policies. Prior to joining the University of Toronto, she worked on pharmaceutical policy for UNICEF, the World Bank and the WHO. Her area of expertise is global pharmaceutical policy issues including corruption, drug regulations, and reimbursement policies. She is the author of numerous journal articles on pharmaceutical policy and is a member of the World Health Organization’s Global Advisory Group on Good Governance for Medicines as well as a Board Member of Transparency International, Canada.
